Allow us to introduce Hidgets, the perfect health widgets for your home screen. With Hidgets, you have the flexibility to select up to 11 different categories to display your health information exactly the way you want it. Whether it's steps, active energy (calories burned), distance, sleep time, heart rate, resting heart rate, weight, oxygen levels, blood glucose, water intake, or mindful minutes, Hidgets has got you covered. And that's not all - you can customize the style, mode, source, color, and even determine what the widgets should open when tapped.

Choose from a range of 11 layout styles, allowing you to create the perfect combination for your home screen. Whether you prefer small or medium-sized widgets, Hidgets gives you complete control over how you organize your health information.

Powered by HealthKit, this app provides access to information about your movement, weight, oxygen levels, blood glucose, sleep patterns, and heart rate. Of course, all this data is only collected if you grant the app permission upon launch.

Please note that the frequency of widget updates is determined by iOS itself and cannot be controlled by the app. The operating system decides how often the widgets need to refresh. However, you have the option to force a manual refresh by simply entering the Hidgets app once and returning to the home screen.
